Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship orders under 66lbs anywhere that Canada Post ships to. Canada Post shipping rates are determined by Canada Post and we do not charge on top of their quotes.

For Overweight/Oversized items and large orders please contact us on the Contact Us page to arrange freight or possibly, hand delivery if at a shooting competition or event that we would be attending (Mostly only in Alberta currently).

Shipping outside of Canada is not yet possible for us, however we will work to make this happen in the future.

Orders Typically ship within a week of ordering. With Fridays being main drop off days however mid week drops may happen depending on how busy we are.

If products are needed in a certain time frame for competition or an event please reach out to us.

Products with a "Lead Time" displayed on the product page will not ship until the product is available again or once it is built if it is a "made to order" product.

Returns

If you have ordered the wrong product or want to cancel your order it must be done before the product ships out.

If the order has already shipped and you would like to return it for a full refund, it must be unopened, in new condition and have not been assembled. In this case, the return shipping will be on you. If you send the order back and it is deemed to have been used or assembled, you will not get a full refund.

If we make a mistake and send the wrong product, we will cover return shipping charges.

Minor cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the function of the target/target system are not grounds for a return or refund.
